Description.

In 2014, Roser Raluy (Presidenta de l'Associació Ceramistes de Girona) celebrates the 10 years anniversary from the moment she started to run the society of ceramics in the Civic Center of Porqueres. The Department of Culture of the city of Porqueres decided to celebrate this date by creation a large sundial. Municipality has provided skilled workers and construction tools. Drawings was done by Aleksndr Boldyrev, the husband of one of the most active members of the group has made the gnomon, and all members of the group did the rest of ceramics. Roser Raluy led all this and personally participated in all kinds of job. More than 20 persons have participated in creating the sundial. Rarely happens that in making a sundial so many authors are attended. Their names are written on each ceramic tile.
