Description.
The gnomon is made of stainless steel and is fixed to the wall by means of studs made of stainless steel, extending through the width of the wall. The instrument is installed on the south-eastern facade of the residential complex «Aristocrat» in Tula city. The height above the zero mark of the building is 32 meters. The only scale is designed to record the true solar time.
